Dentists Marketing- Go Local!

Think LOCAL when you decide on doing marketing for your dental practice
. If I'm a dentist in San Francisco, I want to try to rank for "san francisco dentist" and not just "dentist." People are searching for san francisco dentist! So let's try to get in front of them.

Find out your current lead sources. How can you get new patients?

For great dental marketing, you should have information about how your patient reach to you so that you can enhance that part of your marketing. This is probably the single most important step to growth. If you don’t know what’s working how can you do more of it and grow, right?

You can give this duty to your receptionist and should give him/her appropriate reward.
Internet users are widely increasing and most of them search on web first and then decide where to go so you should invest some money on your site and your website should be attractive so that it force the patient to come to you. You don’t need pretty pictures or music.
For example, make sure your address and phone number are easy to find. I know this sounds simple but the truth is, 90+% of the people's sites have their contact information "hidden" on a "contact us" tab. Trust me patients aren't going to click there.

You should have someone that can popularize your website by creating a simple blog for your business. You can also do this yourself. Wordpress.com is a great place to start building a blog. Write interesting articles! For example a post about the "truth of teeth whitening" would definitely peak prospective patients interest. When you write these posts, link back to your site at the end so that patients can easily call your office and set an appointment.

I can also help you do this. Visit my other site for information on my dental marketing plan. Here is my site:
